Its always difficult to diagnose things like this without actually having the guitar to work with, but we should be able to do something for you... old and/or badly seated strings springs to mind frstly,you could see if a new set of strings will help...

It is a 00-16GT, I have a 0016-RGT that does not do it, but both have the same strings on it. I will have to check the other things and let you know.
