Latest threads news ticker

I thought it might be good to have our latest threads in news ticker form up the top of each page.

So, what do you think? Do you like it, or is it annoying? Before it gets asked, no, unfortunately I can't make it smoother... I can only make it slower or faster.

I think it's pretty neat, if you mouse over the thread title, the ticker will stop and you will see details of the threads... views, replies, thread starter, attachments, last poster etc... if you want to go to the thread, just click on the link.

Anyway, at this stage I have it set up so that it shows the last 30 threads, but that can be changed to make it more or less...

Just looking for some feedback.

Clancy

That's not a 'no' by the way, it's me watching the banner go past.

That's a clever idea six. I hope it takes off.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
