Folk music for me, and blues, classical sometimes rock? I love any music as long as it doesn't bust your ear drums or repeat the same heavy notes at a fast pace, etc...

I voted rock, and when I say rock I mean real rock, that which mostly pre-dates 1990. Although I do plan on hunkering down with some blues or jazz eventually.

i play rock/ heavy metal. i also enjoy playing jazzy rock like off of the old incubus. i have started to learn some ways to write music as well. i write mainly metal mixed with acoustic or soft core, and rock/metal played along with jazz. they mix so well together...

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
