I always knew it would happen, but I never thought it would happen so quick.
I'm gettin old!
And I'm gettin' sick of noisy electric guitars.
Haven't played mine for a while now.
I just like my old acoustic guitar, and my old resonators.
Seems that not so long ago I was the exact opposite!
I'm sick of band politics, you know, all the crap that goes with being in a band.
Lugging amps and stuff, and at the end of the night ya cant hear nuthin' but the ringing in your ears.
Splitting the money 4 or 5 ways,,ah,, that sucks.
And drummers,,,,, :roll:
Acoustic music can be solo, and you dont have anyone to mess you around.
Duo's are cool too, if you have the right partner.
I like more mellow music these days too, cruise-y stuff.
I've noticed that a lot of older guys seem to get into acoustic music more.
Is it a trend, that as you get older, you get acoustic?
Or am I just an old fart? :?
