Upgrading Guitar Pickups

I have a Metallic Standard Mexican Stratocaster. I'm thinking of definetly upgrading the pikcups.

My first choice of upgrade is Fender Japan 62 Model Reissue Pickups. I already have the pickups. But does anyone know how good it is compare to a Fender Vintage Noiseless Pickups?
