I know this site is a lot more than just an archive of (usually inaccurate) tablature, but it does make use of well known tunes to teach guitar. I certainly wouldn't have put all the effort I put into this site what I was doing is illegal and the fact is: the Internet has changed everything about everything, including teaching guitar. I don't think anyone wastes their time hunting down guitar teachers who have a few dozen students learning 'House of the Rising Sun' ... teachers who are actually making money from their lessons.
What do you think? (I do realize we're all biased here, but vote anyway!)
