I think I do know what you mean about adding to a chord, such as a D with and added finger on the 3fret 1st string, I also found out about some chords up the neck such as-0 0 0 2 3 2 - 0 0 0 4 3 3 - 0 0 0 6 5 5 - 0 0 0 7 7 5 - 0 0 0 7 8 7 - 0 0 0 9 10 9 or 0 0 0 11 10 10 etc, these may also help in a song, anyway thanks for the help!
