You probably knew this already but.....

....I only discovered this the other day and have found it useful. When you are looking through a list of threads with unread posts, beside each thread name there is a small white triangle. If you click on this triangle it will take you to the fist unread post in the thread.

I knew it, but I'm sure if you just noticed it Simon, most members wouldn't have been aware of it...

Maybe we should start a thread listing all the shortcuts and tips for using the forum. There are a lot of neat things you can do here that I'm sure most members (even me) aren't even aware of... what do you think?

If you've worked out a neat way of doing something on the forum that you think other members might benefit from, why not add it here and we'll put them all in a list somewhere so that new (and old) members can take advantage.

I always click on " _ unread posts since your last visit." When
first logging on... Just to make sure I don't miss anything...

I'm sure most of you do as well...!!!

Cheers

On the main forum page, clicking on each small red circle with two white arrows inside, (looks like this - ) allows you to toggle
each section open or closed and to configure the layout of the page.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
