slide track to let Kirk spice it up and solo over.
I had to sit and work out the chords again:

Dm7 Played on fifth fret Spelled R,5,b7,b3 Tab (5,5) (4,7) (3,5) (2,6)
Bb/9(no 3rd) Same spelling as C/9 Tab: (5,1) (4.3) (3,3) (2,1)
Bbsus2 Spelled 3,R,9,5 Tab: (5,5) (4,8) (3,5) (2,6)
C/9(no 3rd) Spelled R,5,R,9 Tab: (5,3) (4.5) (3,5) (2,3)
Dm11 Spelled R,11,b7,b3 Tab: (5,5) (4.5) (3,5) (2,5)
That is pretty much the progression through the whole tune. Sometimes I hear the G note in the C/9 Tab: (1,3)
Other than that I think you'd be good to go!
