The one I started on is Here There Everywhere. The first part isn't too hard to learn and the melody is a beauty. My second melody is Mash its very catchy and I love the low notes. I believe that Kirk has done a great job on it.
One thing I would have found helpful is Kirk writing out the fingering for some of the simpler tunes. I believe that its good practice to learn the correct fingering early and figuring it out from the video can sometimes take a while especially if the tune is in a fast tempo.
