Don't rely on an electronic tuner to give you perfect tuning, rather, use it to get you
in the ball park... Learn to trust your ears...
The best way to train your ears is by doing what allthumbs suggested... Use the tuner
provided here. Listen to the tone generated for each string, and try to match it on
your guitar...!!!
If it sounds good when you play the strings open, but sounds off when you play a chord,
your intonation needs to be set... Do a search for "intonation" in the forum, there is
lots of info here on how to easily do it yourself...!!
