Yes, definitely get it to a tech. I've had a "dull" string be the result of a shim under the saddle on more than one occasion. I've also had a lousy sounding guitar become great by the simple addition of a couple of drops of superglue into the saddle pocket in the bridge. In that instance, the saddle was not making good contact in a few places.

You may even want to consider a change to a tusq or bone saddle.
