Kush, I'm going to answer your question by referencing it to a dynamic mic (Shure SM58). This mic has an output of -54.5dbv (1.85 mv). Here's the spec.

In the link to your microphone it shows a selectable output of (-47dbv) 4.5mv or (-53dbv) 2.2mv. This means that this mic has a higher output than the SM58. So if you have any experience using a dynamic mic then you can decide based on that. It seems that sound cards vary WRT how well they work with mics. However, you definitely would need to use the mic-in and not the line-in. Line-in signals need to be in the order of 100mv and up.
