Read through the tech forum. First you need to establish if the string height is correct. Then you check the intonation. If that needs to be adjusted you then go back and check string height again. If you have no experience with this kind of thing, you might want to have a tech do it the first time.
An allen key for the truss rod and a screwdriver for the saddles should be all you need in the way of tools.
