conventional theories would say:
neck through (where from the headstock to the strap button is one, solid piece of wood)
set neck (glued in)
bolt on (incorrect use of the technology but sounds better than 'screwed' on I guess. There are not any bolts that hold the neck in place, it's wood screws)
