The Recording Booth Rules - Read this before posti

The Recording Booth - this forum is here for members to upload (or link to) examples of their playing.

Only original compositions or works that are in the public domain are allowed to be uploaded here on this site.

If you would like to link to your recordings of cover versions of songs (compositions by another artist), you can do that by uploading to SoundClick - Free MP3 music download and much, much more., ACIDplanet.com brought to you by Sony Creative Software or your own server (website). If using Soundclick or AcidPlanet, please link to the individual song page (not your main page) or if on you are hosting your files on your own server (website) - please link directly to the file itself.

YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. can be used for uploading videos.

File types accepted for upload are mp3, mov, avi, wma and wmv.

If you are interested in finding out if a certain song is in the Public Domain - this site lists many of them and gives information on what is classed as public domain.
Please note: It is up to the member to do the research to see if a song is in fact in the public domain.
If you do post a composition that you have classed to be in the public domain, please include the year the song was written in your post along with the composer.

Please note: AcidPlanet.com, Soundclick.com and YouTube.com have their own terms and conditions... We advise members to read these terms and conditions before uploading compositions that are not your own.

Please also note:
Kirk doesn't have an issue with any of his original compositions being recorded and uploaded here on this site.

Pure self promotion by linking to sites like Soundclick or AcidPlanet to gain chart rankings will result in your account posting abilities being suspended.

Cheers

Clancy

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
