The 0 to 2 is a fast hammer on. Small numbers usuall indicate ghost notes. The 13 bar is a slide from the 3 to the 5. Some people prefer putting a trill there ie. 3 hammer on 5 pull off back to the 3 on the 5 string. Hope that helps.
