It's probably not the case here but I almost re-packed my new Roland 60 amp to return it because of buzzing, when I first attempted to use it. Fortunately I realized that I had powered it up through an extension chord to the electrical outlet. When I took the extension chord out of the setup and plugged the amp's chord directly into the outlet, Viola! No more buzz.
