OK, I stopped now. ..and measured one of my accoustics. It's 39"", and I think would be called a normal size . Jumbo and Dreadnought are two other sizes, but it would vary from brand to brand just what the measurments are, I think.
Either way, at 13 she should be able to use a full size guitar, I have heaps of students that age using that size.
I thought I had encountered every guiter question but this is a first, mabratt.
