Hanging on the office wall

At work I tend to get spans of 10-15 minutes where I'm waiting on tests to finish or builds to run ... so instead of checking sports scores or stock prices (both of which are usually quite depressing) I noodle around on this:

It's a Traveler Guitar Acoustic Electric "Ultra-Light"

Keeps my fingers loose and really helps pass the time.

And should I get the desire it has a piezo so I can plug it in and rock just a little louder (just don't let the boss hear!)

Anyone else have a "work" guitar? I'm not the only one at the office who has one so it can't be that unusual (else we are an unusual bunch).

Like that guitar Bubba, I haven't got an office as I work outside most of the time, can't see any reason why I can't take a guitar in I've got a building (well big shed) I keep my Tractor and garden equipment in and have lunch so I could keep it there and sit under a tree and play it when I have a break neat idea

Like that, now all you need to do is change jobs. If your a machinist or tool maker by trade, you can come out here and work with me.
Bring your guitar along.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
