Skydog died at age 24. He played
slide guitar for less than three years. No guitarist since Robert Johnson has made a more significant contribution to slide playing in such a short time. The notion that he was "mesmerized by how to get a slide to sound good" and "not able to perfect" his phrasing is truly laughable.
