Knight: Thanks for the encouragement about singing. I've recorded myself a couple of times and it wasn't really in tune enough for public listening. I noticed that it tended to be worse at the end of a long line so I found allthumb's mini singing lesson useful as it mentioned that. Also big jumps in notes was more than a bit painful - sliding around and then not really finding the note very well at all

I can understand that practicing would help a bit because I haven't sung since I was at school really.
Doug: again, thanks for the kind words. I think I'll have another go at it and maybe slow it a fraction to fit some of the words in better. I also 'over-affected' the fight voices until you couldn't hear what they were saying. And a few other bits and pieces/snips and tidy-ups (shortening the interlude/pause in the middle, and correcting the two five beat bars!) And maybe using Personality 3a - Okker (slang for Aussie).
In your other thread you mentioned breath noises as a problem. I found that if you go through and select the noise and then 'fade in' a few times on it, then 'fade-out' a few times on the same bit it disappears without changing flow/rhythm of the track like a 'cut' would.
johnnydoxx: thankyou again - you mention muscle memory so now I'm picturing me down at the gym......10 sit-ups and then a rousing chorus......possibly good for breath control too

One good thing about music is that when it hits you, you feel no pain - Bob Marley
