Dear god it's wrecked

Well thanks to a clumsy little sister, my guitar fell from it's stand unto the hardwood floor. At the time I didn't think anything was wrong with it..... I was horribly mistaken. 2 days later I go to play over the hills and far away, and what's this? A string half eaten away at the 3rd fret (metal separater) bar. I of course remove the string as it is useless for my uses (loosen and take out). I then notice that certain strings on the 3rd and 4th fret bars left indentations from the earlier mishap, and create a very nasty buzzing sound when barred on the coresponding fret, and even a whole string in some case (no matter where fretted). I have no idea to fix this other than to fill the bars in with something. If someone has any idea on how to aid me in repairing and or has had a similair experience, I would really appreciate it.
