Here is my next song. I think it sounds good with nothing but a simple drum rhythm behind it. I wrote it last night when I was in a terrible mood after the dance. Some stuff happened, some having to do with this and some not, that felt like someone spittin in my face. This is all my emotions last night, but I worked hard on it. Any and all critique is welcome.

It's a hard place to be, watching your friend go out with someone you like. But you seem to be handling it very well and remaining neutral, while not easy, may be the best. Who knows, maybe someday she will realize how much you care for her and ask you out! Doesn't sound like she said yes to Greg yet!

As they say, this too shall pass. In the meantime, don't give up on the song. Have you found a way to record yet? Even if you have a cheap computer microphone for now. You can use Audacity, which is a free recording program and is fairly easy to use. That's how I started with a $3.99 computer mic.

I found a way to record it, but I just gotta find a way to bring everything together better. She pretty much asked Greg out, if anything he's the one that won't say yes. He was kinda confused I think.

It seems a little bit harder to write right now. I'm trying to put music to it, but nothing seems to be working. I had some Ideas, but I'm just blank right now. Oh well, it was a long day. I'll get back at it tomorrow.
