Put your finger or palm against the bridge when you pluck a string. Do you still get accidental string vibration. Check that the nut has been properly cut and is not too deep.
Some guitars just have more of that problem than others. Good muting technique could help a bit. You may have to take it to a tech. It just may need a good setup.
