The verse started quite sensibly
But once again I wandered
I saw a chance to veer off
It wasn't to be squandered
So perchance a merry dance
Grew out from within the lines
And redcoated folks on horseback
Some how came into view
Popped out from my subconcious
Quite why I've not a clue
Could be a dream I'm not too sure
I'm yawning as I write
I fear soon the time will come
When I must say good night
But I'm ok for a minute
I seem to have hit a stride
And like I do with horses
I'll sit back, enjoy the ride
You don't stop laughing when you grow old; you grow old when you stop laughing.
