Wow,
I turn my back for just one second
‘Cos duty, work and tasks did beckon
And now I see such efforts made
By all the students of our trade
My fellow students have laboured long
To guild the edges of our Song
They’ve burnished it so shiny bright
It might give lesser mortals fright
But not our trusty loyal band
Perhaps are heads are stuck in sand?
Never mind, we care not, not one jot
We’re having fun and that’s a lot
To say these days when toil and labour
Is rewarded with such joys to savour.
Once again it is quite late
And such can often be our fate
But now I’m tired, I’m off to bed
And all my head can rhyme with bed, is ‘said’

Goodnight.
