Are you buying online or from a shop Smiling Tiger, I haven't seen these in the UK, it's a pretty low price so I think that's good for a budget guitar, if you get a chance to hear it it would be good but if you only have a limited amount to spend (which I always do) it will get you into playing and like X4String said with a bit of experience under your belt you'll be thinking about an upgrade
