Glad to hear it's sunny out your way, inside and out. I think guitar, music can be a piece of the puzzle to help you out. Funny thing about the old guitar. I picked it up a few months ago because my kids each got a crappy guitar. I figured the only way to teach them was to learn a bit myself. I haven't put it down since. When I've got a lot on my mind, the guitar seems to magically clear it out. Listening, concentrating, stretching those fingers, pushes all the other thoughts out of the way for a while. If someone else would pay the bills, I'd play non-stop and live in that uncluttered space where notes and melodies ring through my head all day! But this is hardly a revelation to you, as a longtime player, but it's a sweet escape for me and I'm kicking myself I didn't start a long, long time ago! Now I'm going off to hear your new tune!
