Wash the underwear first.
If you want to buy a kit on line you can't go wrong with it. Yeah, you can clean your guitar after each use but I've known people that stopped playing as much because they didn't want to clean their guitar all the time. The guitar, ultimately, was meant to be played, not cleaned.
Play it often, clean it from time to time.
