  Chord changes and Blackbird

Hey kirk, have you got the roman numeral progression for blackbird?

I have never heard a change more beautiful than a IV chord to a iv minor.. i can't describe it but it just sounds so beautiful. Also in blackbird when it goes from Em to EmM7 its a similar kind of thing. Maybe you can describe why it sounds so good?
