If you play gigs then I suggest the Boss TU-2, its bullet proof and a nice bright display and you "KNOW" when you are in tune, I had that one when I used a pedal board. The TU 15 is good but its small and hard to see the needle at a dark gig (I have old tired eyes) but apart from that its a nice good unit IMO.
Dont know about the other unit.
