I can only hope you have been working on some moves of your own Carol!

Too right! I've been working on how to get from an E7 at the 5 - 7th fret to a dim E at the 5 -6th fret and back again without damaging myself

Well I had to have a go at this....
It was fun, not sure I would want to be playing this stuff for a living though!
I didn't move my head in the appropriate fashion whilst attempting this little ditty, so I lose shred credibility points there.

Thanks guys.
Was a bit of fun to play over - probably the best thing I could say!
Not a style I have ever recorded something from before, but I figure if you can play fast enough it works!

Why thank you Carol.
The neighbours were not subjected to this - I used Pod Farm and headphones.
I don't know about everyone else, but I don't seem to be able to play any faster than that. Sometimes I wouldn't mind being able to do so.
I know there are a couple of spots that could be better, but I opted for the first take is final take approach once more.

Oh they were all hidden away on my Ibanez s470DX. I fear I may have broken the Plane talk rules of the forum...i really only thought in terms of scales when I hit record.
Oh the shame.
I have played this to a couple of other people and they have been quite surprised, as they have only ever heard me playing fingerstyle guitar before.
I don't think they were quite expecting this.
Anyway, thanks for having a listen Slick. Now it's your turn
