Plane Talk. Have you bought the Plane Talk book and are studying the method or are you simply refering to the beginners lesson pages? Try buying some of Kirks paid lessons if you want to be challenged more. One main theme of the Plane Talk Forum and method is to learn how to improv on the fly. Some would consider this to be the highest skill level a player can aspire to. Kirks' P.T. method teaches simplicity so it would be counterproductive to have a site that taught complex pieces without the means to simplify them using his method, in my opinion.
