I Wanna Be A Cowboy - Todd Zielinski - Take 2
Well - Dad asked me to do this. I just put together some new studio equipment, so I grabbed his song and added my voice. It's late, the kids and wife are sleeping - so I have to hold back a little. But I have a feeling that I can fall into this song pretty easy. And Dad - seriously - for a first ever original, this is a great tune.
Hope you all enjoy it. Please comment and share your thoughts.

cshude - I agree - I like dad's singing. The only part of this song that is me is the vocals. He did the playing (it's the same as his original). Late one night he asked me to record them. I'll probably re-record them too, but I'm encouraging him to do the vocals.
Carol M - it's fun to be able to share this with my dad.
Rockerbob - I agree, it is a great tune.
Once again, thanks for taking the time to listen and comment.

Great version Todd, loved the harmonies near the end, aren't you a bit young to be singing this???
When all else fails, read the instructions.

Jim, that would be fun. Let's get to work dad. (Yes, the harmonies are me.)
X4string - thanks.
Jomi, I thought the same thing. I know Buck Rogers and Sean Cassidy, does that count? Ha!

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
