My group

Here is what I play around with. Yamaha F310, Raimundo classical, Seagull folk, and a Seagull S6, both seagulls are cedar tops, the folk is smaller than the S6 but it doesn't show in the photo. And the live toys are Madrid and Dulce, but they don't stay in tune very well.

Thanks for the replies guys, Wernhalen, you must have trouble finding them where you live, even in the U.S. their distribution is limitted.

A friend of mine had one... He dropped it or something and the top cracked, he did not realise it till about a year later. He put selofane tape over the top when he got it to try and protect the finnish. It killed the tone ofcourse, when I finally got him to remove the tape he found that the top had cracked. He was breakeing strings like mad one a week... He ten got a Yamaha and his persistent string breaking stopped immediately... Now he Plays a Taylor which sound I dont particularly like but it is a good sound, just not my kind of sound...

I saw one for sale a couple of months ago as well, but like you say their distribution is limited... I play an Art Lutherie which is fairly similar to the seagull. IMHO

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
