I have an electronic Ibanez guitar, which i've owned for some time now. Just recently, there has been no sound coming from it. I usually have to push my chord in at a weird angle for the amp to pickup sound. The chord and amp work fine. It's just the guitar. I beleive that my problem is the output jack. I was about to buy a new output jack off some website, when I decided to see if it'll be an ez install. When I took my current output jack out, I saw that there were 2 small wires connected to it. Now I'm wondering how to get these wires off it, and install the new output jack.
