I don't think I've ever heard a better version than this - and that includes Ralph McTell.

Thanks Europa and WitchyWoman, I've probably mentioned this before but my voice is actually quite weak, it sounds different through a mic than to my own ears and I beef it up a fair bit with reverb in Adobe Auditions.

Hello all

Just wanted to give my support to 'Jomi' on here and to say it is so lovely to see the amount of support he has for his music. I think he is brilliant and now he knows I wasn't just being a loyal girlfriend! : )

Streets of London is my all time favorite song, and his version is definately the best Ive heard (especially when he plays it live)!

Who knows, maybe if he gets enough international nagging that elusive public perfomance will arrive!

to you all

Yvie x

That was very kind of you Yvie, now maybe you could print out some of these replies and tape them all over the place as a constant reminder to him and high-lite the parts that say we mean it... Oh yeah.... and Welcome to the forum Yvie

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
