Pixie Western { original }

I was trying to that bass line thing one hears in alot of C&w Music

Explaination G chord lifting the finger on thee Low E string to get a real bass thing happening ...

My wife heard me playing the Am chord and commented that it sounded like little " Pixie Music "

Hence the title " Pixie Western " , I would dearly love to say its finger picking but it aint , more of picking ruining

Have a listen if you have nothing better to do its not very good

LOW FI WORKS BEST

Nice job, Trev. Your timing is coming along very nicely! Good work with the alternating bass line.

Hilch, playing a G chord and you don't lift the finger off the low E then hitting the open E on Em sounds good. If you do lift the finger off the G on the G chord all i can say is then lifting the finger off the D string on the Em chord sounds interesting, but not sure about it as a base note. Bottom line is to experiment and listen to what sounds good, thats what i do, hope this helps a little

It's definitely musical, Trev. We're almost always our own worst critic!

Can I change that quote : " As I know I am my worst critic "

I still have reservations about posting my pieces ..

Don't stop posting your musical creations Trev, whether they be the songwriting pieces you do or played on your guitar.

I think even you would have to admit that from the first posted recording you did on guitar to your latest effort, that you have progressed and improved.

So keep it up mate!
