Thanks for the replies. I sent them an email, though their site basically says, "don't expect us to respond."
I'm sure you guys are correct and it's just an over engineered thing. I'll just have it put back in place next time I have the guitar strung and maintained. Which is a couple weeks, I think. Every 3 months, right?
Edit: Wait a minute, from what I've seen around here most people just buy a new guitar when their strings get old.
