Yes - but your chord II is wrong. It's not B major, it's B diminished. So it's ii (with the little circle sign meaning diminished, that my keyboard doesn't have).

Also, remember there are three forms of the minor scale - you've only done the 'natural minor'. The others produce a couple of different chords, e.g., E major instead of E minor.
