New Guitar Day

Actually it's a week old, cant show a guitar thats not set up properly. It's an Agile AL3100 CSB Wide, that means it's a 1.75" nut for us fat fingered dudes.

Nope the shop vac wasn't part of the package, Funny how people notice things in the background though. A guy on the Agile forum noticed the Vox amp box in the background and I still can't see it!

Is it heavy? All LP's are supposed to be 10-14 lbs.

I'm guessing it's in the first pic on the bed. Right behind the shop vac I can see a box with the lettering "...0VT" visible (as in AD30 or 50VT), and what looks like the Vox grille pattern on the front.

It weighs in at 9lbs. which is pretty respectable for a two piece mahogany body with 1/4 maple cap that isn't chambered and a mahogany neck. Most LP clones and Epi's have holes drilled between the cap and body back piece to reduce weight which is pretty much the norm nowdays.

You definetly need a 2.5 or 3" strap but this baby sustains forever. Now that the newness has worn off I'm looking to replace some of the hardware such as locking Schaller tuners, string saver saddles on the tune-o-matic and Tone Pro Studs for bridge and tailpiece.

There is definitely nothing wrong with the stock hardware, it has excellent Grovers and I doubt I'll be trading out the Alnico V pups anytime soon as I'd probably have to get into Gibson PAF's or Seymore Duncans (reads 100.00 per PU) to improve on these.
