XX3213 is just an easy way to write chords.
For example: 320003 is G major.
The six digits are the 6 strings EADGBE
and the number tells you which frets to put fingers on.
so string 6 is fret 3
string 5 is fret 2
strings 4 3 and 2 are open
and string 1 is fret 3.
on the F add G chord (xx3213)
x x means don't play string 6 or string 5.
string 4 is fret 3
string 3 is fret 2
string 2 is fret 1
string 1 is fret 3
