So many instructors out there spend so much time trying to show people what they know, or try and get people to do all the fancy moves that they do because, hey, it's cool. Kirk has taken the time to break it all down into the simplest components. This is the tried-and-true method for training: the ol' chunk and chain (break it down into small bits and chain it all together).
