I thoroughly enjoyed your
plane talk book. I am at the stage where I want to start learning some scales but am a little confused. If I want to play say for instance a major scale based around the G chord using the e shape, do I simply start at the I on the 6th string and then every note in the scale (ie II to VII) ? Do I play just one octave or do I just keep going ? Would the Gmin scale be the same except for the III being flatted ?
