The above was useful to me in "tabbing" out a guitar line... I could copy it and paste it.... and just edit in the needed fingering. If something is out there that does this, please point me to it.

If there isn't, maybe sticky this thread in an appropriate forum and others can add blanks as they create them... take one if you need it.

www.jaybuckey.com is a site where you can find blank tab sheets as well as lots of flatpicking tunes for free.just look under free stuff and there you go.hope this helps

I found lots of blank tabs on the net... for printing. You print them and write on the string...

I couldn't find anything to use here when trying to notate a lick or chord.

The format of this forum allows you to copy the above and use in this forum with minimum editing. Slightly different from the blank tabs I found elsewhere.

Thanks Dewy, I just had a go at tabbing a song that I put on the other day, I've never done it before but it takes ages to do it the way I did it, this will be a lot easier. Don't know if this lead would help but I found it a good resource for getting chords or finding a new one www.bythechord.com
