i need a new guitar bad.

i interested in buying a semi hollow electric guitar. i bought an epiphone Dot Deluxe which was pretty good in tone but i wasnt overall satisfied with the guitar because the craftmanship was below average. i was kind ugly to look at. i was the cleanest looking Dot at Guitar Center. i bought it for $400. so i took it back. i found an ibanez Artcore AK 95D for $480. i looks stuning and sounds great.

what do you guys think about this. should i get this ibanez. any recommandations? im looking for a semi hollow electric guitar in the price range of $400-$500.

i want to get a guitar that i would love and be proud of. i dont want to waste money on something a little bit cheaper and get bored of it 1 year later. i guess what im trying to say is that i need a guitar that i want play every minute and still love it 5-10 years from now. of course a $1000-$2000 Gibson would be the perfect guitar, but i cant affort it.

I think I have SAS.

Skill Acquisition Syndrome

I read somewhere that learning to play was a sort of negotiation between you and your guitar. I now believe it.
So much to learn, so many callouses to build.™

LOL - If you act on it, that'll improve your playing a lot faster than GAS will!

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
