Acoustic guitars generally are "pre set" from the factory... I've only seen a couple of Yamaha's that came with adjustable saddles.

I also have seen a few bridges that are pre cut to a setting... but they didn't help my old cheapie acoustic... I think thats one of those "you get what you pay for" things.
