I'd double-check the site you're buying from to confirm that. Most guitar body builders offer a variety of bridge routings at no extra cost. I just looked at USACG and they offered a staggering number of bridge setup options as "standard" (i.e. no extra cost.)
If you already have the trem body (or can get a good deal on it), you could just block the trem as others have described. If you'd really lose sleep over it, then make the investment and buy a non-trem body. It's your guitar, so in the end it's all about YOU!
