"Little Wing" Jam Collab
Maybe this is the most overplayed rock song ever but its so freaking great to play a solo ever it. I have this backing track that i can edit (loops) to make a bigger file to allow many guitarists on the forum to join on this jam adventure session. So, who´s in? Acoustic or electric guitarists is Ok!

GREAT!!!!! Thanks so much for this guys!
Here is the set:
1- Andy S 0:00 to 1:06
2- wjp01908 1:06 to 2:10
3- Chsude 2:10 to 3:15
4- Krissovo 3:15 to 4:19
5- GT 4:19 to End
And here is the backing track. It would be great if you could save the guitar track file on your recorder in order to do a better mix and dont low the quality of the backing track with each mix process. I mean Track #1 Backing track, Track#2Andy, Track #3 wjp01908 and so......
So, let´s try to do this as fast as we can. Advice and post here when your recording is ready
Thanks once more its gonna be a great performance!!

Hi Gt
It will probably be about late afternoon tomorrow (UK Time) before I manage to get around to putting a track down. I`ve just come in from a rehearsal and it`s getting too late to get the big guns out. (Neighbours!)
Looking forward to this though!

Your guitar will bro, cause its a "Phrasing" matter. We dont need any voice to express what we have inside, just 6 strings Dying to hear your take man!

Oops, sorry, left out the B before the Bflat so it's:
Em,G,Am,Em,B, Bflat,Am, C,G,F,C,D

I'm pretty sure the B & the Bb should both be minor chords. At least it sounds that way to me. Could be wrong, been wrong before.

Hi GT
Here`s my contribution - I`m not sure how you wanted it put together so this is just the BT with me at the requested time. (1.06 - 2.10) Get back to me if you want it put together in any other way.
Hope it`s the sort of thing you were looking for....

Sounds great, I hope I dont mess this up for the rest of us.
Love the tone, I was thinking of going for a similar tone but I will try and find a suiatble one tonight that would compliment the other recordings.

Hi Krissovo
I wasn`t too sure what tone to go for either - looking at GT`s recordings and posts I reckon he would appreciate something a bit b*llsy.
I seem to recall that you`re a Cube owner? If you`re after something similar, tone wise, that`s a Cube 60 on the classic stack setting. Fat strat - bridge humbucker - played through a Marshall Shredmaster set to just give a bit more drive.

I am now thinking that I might go for something a bit smoother with a bit of bite, so I might crank up my blues junior to just the breaking point and use my Strat on the middle pick up. It would hopefully compliment your part and calm things down slighty before the final piece

Sounds cool - it`s good to have a bit of variety to maintain interest. Looking foreward to hearing all the other takes!

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
Buy it now for only $10 |
